As an Assistant Manager Outlet (F&B) at PT Usaha Sejahtera Semua, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our outlets, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will also be instrumental in implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the outlet, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure the quality of our products and services, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
• Assist in the training and development of staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and the ability to implement and enforce protocols.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
