📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with maintenance contractors to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance of facilities.
• Manage and maintain facility schedules, including cleaning, pest control, and landscaping.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all facilities.
• Plan and execute facility improvements and renovations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to facility users and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
• Familiarity with facility management software such as ServiceNow, Workplace by Facebook, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel and work in multiple locations in Bali.
