New Coral Sea is seeking a talented and experienced Accounting & Tax professional to join our team in West Jakarta. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is fluent in Mandarin and has a strong background in accounting and tax preparation.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also be expected to provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and on time.
  • Prepare and file all tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Mandarin languages.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
