In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing campaigns, managing a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Build and manage a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote our products and services.
• Create and distribute engaging content through various digital platforms to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital influence.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with affiliate partners and influencers to ensure campaign success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and various analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with influencers and partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize campaign performance.
• Certification in digital marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus.
