In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining automation systems for our clients in Bali, including hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments. You'll work closely with electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Daily, you'll be immersed in a mix of technical challenges and creative problem-solving, leveraging your expertise in Ladder Logic (LAD), Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming to create robust and scalable solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement PLC-based automation systems for various industrial applications.
Program and configure PLCs using industry-standard software such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Schneider Electric EcoStruxure.
Integrate automation systems with SCADA and MES platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation and control.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
Proven expertise in Ladder Logic (LAD), Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming.
Hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Schneider Electric EcoStruxure.
Strong understanding of SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Professional certification in industrial automation (e.g., Certified Automation Professional (CAP), Certified Control System Technician (CCST)) is a plus.
