📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.,Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
