🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
