📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the department's goals are met and that the company's overall objectives are achieved.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and initiatives as needed.,Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed and that compliance with relevant regulations is maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of departmental operations and a deep understanding of the industry.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software and tools.
