📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial targets are met.,Attend and participate in meetings with senior management to discuss departmental performance and strategic initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
