📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Captain in managing daily store operations,Oversee and train a team of employees to ensure high standards of service and productivity,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven leadership and team management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail inventory management systems,Experience in customer service and complaint resolution,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required),Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends
