📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in managing daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and refunds.,Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions using the clinic's accounting software.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with the cashier and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations within the clinic.,Assist in preparing and organizing financial reports as required.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following clinic policies and procedures.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on clinic policies and procedures.,Adhere to confidentiality and data security protocols to protect patient and clinic information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent, with a background in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.,Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting software and financial record-keeping systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
