• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new product opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP MM to ensure optimal stock turnover.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Work with the design team to ensure our collections are visually appealing and on-trend.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all retail and merchandising best practices.
• Participate in store visits and events to gain firsthand insights into customer preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising and product planning in the fashion retail industry.
• Proficient in using Veeva Vault and SAP MM for inventory management and merchandising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Indonesian fashion market trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail merchandising or a related field is a plus.
