In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing galvanizing operations, ensuring the highest quality of galvanized steel products, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage galvanizing operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor the quality of galvanized steel products.
• Implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for galvanizing processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on galvanizing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in galvanizing operations and quality control.
• Certification in galvanizing processes (e.g., ASQ, AWS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
• Proficiency in using galvanizing software and tools (e.g., QA/QC software, process control systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
