📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions to mitigate those risks.
  • Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of internal audit processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
