📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Provide first-level support for IT-related issues and concerns.
• Ensure the availability and performance of critical systems.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.
• Document IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Proficiency in using ITIL framework and best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and management tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Splunk.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
