📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes.

Lead and mentor operational staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Manage and maintain operational documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in operations management.

Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
