📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on cash handling activities to ensure accuracy and security.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or customer service environment.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or retail management are a plus.
