As a Lead Kitchen Crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and dishwashing.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Control inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Prepare and maintain accurate food cost records.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role.,Proven ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience with inventory management and food cost control.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,High school diploma or equivalent.
