📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet our requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve our recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Lead and mentor junior recruiters to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior recruiters.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
