PT Kencana Emas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mempawah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Manage budgets and ensure profitability of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and data analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
