📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute engineering projects related to restaurant operations,Oversee the installation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project completion,Monitor project budgets and ensure they are being spent efficiently,Provide technical support and guidance to the kitchen and service staff,Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper functioning of kitchen equipment,Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve restaurant operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of restaurant engineering and operations,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using engineering software and tools,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
