📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate training and development programs,Manage payroll and benefits administration,Oversee performance management and employee engagement,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Provide administrative support to the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools
