PT Kreasi Persada is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients to meet their business needs.,Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
