Local Camp Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is a remote position, but you will be required to work in our Tambora, Jakarta Raya location. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and in good working order.,Manage inventory and stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.,Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they understand and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.,Prepare and present food in an appealing and professional manner.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development and testing of new recipes and menu items.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.
