📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Manage and train the store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Experience with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
