📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales leads to increase market share.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.,Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
