Sales Supervisor

PT Jaya Nusantara Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

This is a full-time position located in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 10.000.000 to Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Providing regular feedback and coaching to sales team members.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Representing the company at sales meetings, conferences, and events.
• Collaborating with other departments to support sales initiatives and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
