In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions,Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to regulatory authorities,Oversee the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
