Karyamas Plantation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trainer Operator to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring new operators on plantation and heavy machinery operations. Your expertise will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our plantation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and conduct training programs for new operators on plantation and heavy machinery operations.,Mentor and guide operators to ensure they understand and follow safety protocols and operational procedures.,Conduct regular assessments to evaluate operators' performance and provide feedback for improvement.,Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Collaborate with the operations team to improve efficiency and safety in machinery and plantation operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide technical support to operators when needed.,Maintain and update training materials and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an operator in plantation and heavy machinery.,Proven track record of successful training and mentoring of new operators.,Strong knowledge of plantation and heavy machinery operations, including maintenance and safety procedures.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor operators.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for plantation and machinery operations.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) is a plus.
