📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels and stock rotations to optimize storage space and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.,Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and execute efficient distribution routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job.
