🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is beneficial.
