📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user manuals, guides, and other documentation to support our customers,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials related to our technical products,Provide technical writing support for our training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes
