• Providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with treatments, and administering medications.
• Assisting in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Assisting in the coordination of patient transfers and hospital admissions/discharges.
• Participating in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Promoting a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols.
• Assisting in the training and orientation of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• S1 Diploma in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Nurse (Perawat Umum) in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of Indonesian nursing standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as MedRec or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move patients as required.
