📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Post job openings on various job boards and company websites.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates.
- Coordinate with the HR team to gather feedback on interview performance.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Proficient in using recruitment software such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
