Join Besroc Flooring Specialist as an OSH Coordinator (Construction Site) and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our construction teams. Based in vibrant Bali, you will oversee site safety protocols, enforce compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, and implement measures to mitigate risks. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of our flooring projects.

As an OSH Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers, supervisors, and workers to create a safe and healthy workplace. You will conduct regular safety inspections, provide training on safety procedures, and ensure that all safety equipment is in good condition. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance on our construction sites in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement OSH policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites.
Provide safety training and orientation to new and existing employees.
Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and inspections.
Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Environmental Health, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in OSH coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
Certification as an OSH Professional (OSHPro) or equivalent.
Knowledge of Indonesian OSH regulations and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with safety management systems (SMS) and software like SAP, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different construction sites.
