📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a mixed-age class of 12-24 children, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Implement the Montessori curriculum, using a variety of materials and activities to support children's learning and development.
• Observe and document each child's progress, providing tailored support and guidance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a seamless educational experience for each child.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to Montessori principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful school culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certified Montessori Teacher with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
• Experience with mixed-age classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
