HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager

In this role, you will work closely with department heads and managers to understand their business needs and develop HR solutions that align with our company's vision. You will also be responsible for managing our employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and implementing training and development programs. With your strategic mindset and operational expertise, you will help drive our company's success by fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
• Partner with department heads and managers to understand their business needs and develop HR solutions
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and equality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role
• Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficient in using HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
