📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain administrative records using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of services.
• Assist in the organization and execution of events and promotions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to improve service quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and administrative management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with customer service software such as ServiceNow or Zendesk is a plus.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
