📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement conflict resolution strategies to address and prevent workplace conflicts.
• Conduct conflict assessments and facilitate mediation sessions to resolve disputes effectively.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address potential conflict areas.
• Provide training and workshops on conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conflict resolution initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of conflict resolution cases and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to conflict resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
• Certification in conflict resolution or related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
