📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and deployment of heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and other specialized machinery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment utilization, reduce downtime, and minimize operational costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular maintenance to extend the lifespan of assets and prevent breakdowns.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify equipment purchases and upgrades.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on equipment performance, maintenance, and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, equipment procurement, or a similar role in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Proven track record of managing heavy equipment fleets and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in using equipment management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certifications in heavy equipment operation or safety (e.g., OSHA, CMEA) are a plus.
