As an Investor Relations Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing investor relations strategies that align with the company’s financial goals. You will work closely with the finance team to prepare and distribute financial reports, press releases, and other communications to investors, analysts, and the media. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and your strategic thinking will be crucial in maintaining a strong investor relations presence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance communication with investors, analysts, and the media.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial reports, including earnings releases and investor presentations.
• Conduct investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows to provide updates on the company’s financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to identify opportunities and risks for the company.
• Build and maintain relationships with key investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for investor communications.
• Analyze investor sentiment and feedback to refine communication strategies.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices in investor relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting software.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in financial analysis or a related field is a plus.
