In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate financial records. As a Cashier & Bank Staff, you will work closely with the finance team to process payments, deposits, and withdrawals. You will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements using tools like QuickBooks or SAP, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process daily cash transactions including payments, deposits, and withdrawals
- Reconcile bank statements using QuickBooks or SAP
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in financial records
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow company policies and procedures related to financial transactions
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or bank-related role
- Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions securely
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices
- Ability to work well in a team and follow company policies
