📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system (e.g., Toast, Square).
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the bar’s cash register, ensuring accurate records.
• Assist in setting up and serving food during special events or promotions.
• Promote our menu items and specials to upsell and increase sales.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service, including handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square) is a plus.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.
